This is a 3rd level incident management position requiring expert knowledge of Virtual Platform Windows desktop operating systems AD and Application Virtualization. The ideal candidate must articulate the business value and impact of advanced technical and non-technical information and understand when to escalate issues. This person must provide effective production support; including accurate problem identification ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue. We expect the candidate to possess excellent communication skills as they will be expected to liaise between technology and our customers when leading resolution efforts.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of application development
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed
- Working knowledge of development toolset to design develop test deploy maintain and improve software
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
