Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and analytical AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge team in Shanghai China. As an AI Engineer you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that drive our companys technological advancements.

Design develop and deploy scalable AI models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions across various departments
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models
Optimize existing machine learning models for improved performance and efficiency
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and processes
Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure smooth operation
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI team
Participate in research activities to explore new AI techniques and methodologies

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred
5 years of experience in AI development and machine learning
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python SQL and JavaScript
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
In-depth knowledge of deep learning algorithms and architectures
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure)
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Proficiency in version control systems particularly Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
