Job Summary

Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Responsible for equipment installation commissioning maintenance repair customer training and customer application support.
  • Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle service.
  • Responsible for following up on customer acceptance after new equipment installation.
  • Responsible for completing customer service case summaries in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
  • Provides technical after-sales service offering technical analysis of customer equipment failures identifying root causes and providing solutions.
  • Possesses intermediate application debugging skills and can independently complete moderately difficult application debugging tasks.
  • Responsible for providing feedback on product issues to internal technical departments and assisting in improving product manufacturing processes and designs.
  • For complex customer issues able to independently organize relevant departments within the company to conduct problem diagnosis develop action plans and track implementation.
  • Possesses continuous learning ability constantly updating product knowledge and improving service technical capabilities.

Who You Are:
  • Possesses professional skills and is good at communication.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Automation
  • Excellent English reading writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in office software
  • Three years or more of experience in electromechanical equipment-related technology
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics electronic circuit diagrams pneumatic diagrams and mechanical drawings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills professional demeanor
  • Willingness to work long hours at customer sites and travel frequently
  • Strong continuous learning ability

  • Customer management skillsExperience in ultrasonic laser and automotive industries
  • Experience in after-sales service of electromechanical equipment
