Main Accountabilities
1. Coordinate the pre-commissioning job of on-site plants and large standard plants.
2. Carry out Static and Dynamic Performance Tests & Reports of on-site plants and / or in the workshop
3. Coordinate the pre-commissioning and the commissioning job of on-site plants on Customer site (when requested) until the signature of the Performance Tests & Reports and the plant hand-over to the Customer;
4. Document the pre-com & commissioning work.
5. Participate in site internal audits and supervise the implementation of the corrective and prevention actions.
6. Control the construction subcontractors Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
7. Lead the work of some pre-commissioning and commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
8. Applies project QHSE rules and procedures during the execution of his/her tasks.
Differentiating Criteria
1) Level of Autonomy: handle his scope of work / no need close of supervision
2) Projects scope & complexity:
- moderately to complex project execution of Engineering & Procurement (EP) scope only
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

1. Mechanical Engineering Degree (Bachelors)
2. 5 years of experience
3. Familiar with piping design and manufacture knowledge;
4. Basic knowledge of chemical processes distillation process control automation;
