What you will do:

• Utilise your expert clinical experienceand people skills inan engaging leadership role
• Report directly to the Site Operations Manager and be an essential integral part of the Site Management Team
• Use your leadership expertise to assist with daily operations of the facility ensuring the delivery of care is resident focused and to a high level of excellence while engendering our values
• Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Promote best-practice continuous improvement in clinical care and resident service
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with residents their families staff and stakeholders
• Be a highly motivated to develop and support teams in a culture that is all about Respect Accountability and Connection

In this role you will need:

• Experiencein a clinical careor leadership role
• ABachelor of Nursingincluding a current AHPRA RN registration
• Demonstratedleadership experience managing and mentoring staff
• A genuine passion forproviding individualised clinical care to our residents
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff residents and their families
