Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable self-motivated Field Supervisor to join our Danbury Branch Office. The ideal candidate will support the District Manager oversee daily field operations guide on-site teams ensure service quality and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication leadership and organizational skills along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field service operations within the Danbury Branch Office
- Provide leadership direction and support to field service staff
- Maintain accurate service documentation reports and records
- Assist with scheduling training and field troubleshooting as needed including responding to call-outs
- Manage payroll responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to all assigned sites with the furthest location approximately one hour from the Danbury office
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working evening/overnight hours ()
- Availability Thursday through Monday
- Willingness to hold post as needed on an emergency basis
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience or an an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience training and/or testing):
- May be required to hold and continue to meet the requirements for any applicable state county and municipal license for Security Officers.
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol inspection and response services.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
- Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
- Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
- Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagrammatic form.
- Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
- Courteous telephone manner.
- Ability to adapt to various sites and changes in post procedures.
- Ability to write routine correspondence including logs and reports.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

- Occasional reaching with hands and arms stooping kneeling crouching and crawling.

- Regular use of vehicle for the performance of duties.
