Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on
Field Service Technician to service and support
automatic and manual door systems at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities -
Perform on-site maintenance repairs and adjustments on automatic and manual doors

Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues identify root cause and complete corrective actions
-
Provide field support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
-
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings repair options and next steps
-
Maintain detailed service records including work orders parts used and inspection notes
-
Follow all safety requirements and jobsite protocols
-
Maintain tools equipment and vehicle stock as needed for daily service calls
Qualifications -
Proven experience servicing repairing or troubleshooting automatic and/or manual door systems

Strong field service capability including the ability to manage on-site challenges independently
-
Customer-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time across multiple service calls
-
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
-
Strong safety mindset and ability to properly handle tools and equipment
-
Prior experience in the door access solutions or related installation/service industry is preferred
