Help Me Grow Soecialist- Home Visitor
Pay range: $18.00 To $19.24 Per Hour
Shift: First Shift- 2 evenings a week

Responsibilities:
- Develop supportive relationships with families and provide family-centered services to pregnant women and parents of children ages three and under.
- Provide assessment screening and intake parenting education information and referral and advocacy.
- Work in partnership with families to help parents achieve their goals and increase positive parent-child interaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- HS Diploma required associate degree or two years of course work in the related field preferred
- Experience working with children birth to 3 and their families preferred
- Knowledge of community resources preferred
- Excellent interpersonal organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Cultural competency is essential and bilingual ability is a plus.
