Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible to support the design implementation and delivery of learning and development initiatives and employee experience programs that align with PAMBs HR strategy. The role focuses on building capabilities fostering engagement and creating a high performance culture.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in development of in-house training programs e-learning modules bite size learning & training materials.
- Support in conducting in-house training programs.
- Support in identifying & managing the external training vendors for internally organized programs.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the organization.
- Support day-to day training administration to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Ensure HRDC compliance by managing training documentation timely claims submission and accurate audit records.
- Manage & maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support in managing & implementing all training communication plan.
- Support in implementation and execution of employee engagement initiatives culture-building activities wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
- Support in employee communications including email communications digital and multimedia content townhall meetings and celebrations.
- Support HR driven projects & events.
Job Specification:
a. Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in Learning & Development and related areas of organization development/ culture / employee engagement / D&I.
b. Knowledge/ Skills
- Computer skills on movie editing and MS Office (particularly Power Point & Excel).
- Training delivery & facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral & writing capability).
- Great attention to detail.
- Team player resourceful & service oriented.
- Familiar with Learning Management System & HRDC will be an added advantage.
