Job Summary
Complete management of warehouse management and support of the logistics team. Ensuring all activities in accordance with the planned documentation and legislation.
Key areas of responsibility
- Receiving and control of shipments
- Packaging of consignments for sending
- Management parts in SAP and LMS
- Preparing hardware according to the requestors requirements from Kardex or shipments of logistics
- Handling of pallets material and pressure cylinders
- Cycle counting parts on the Daily and years basis according to SOX
- Logistics storage space management outdoor and indoor
- Management of goods flow to and from external Warehouse
- Documents management and updating (processes SOS Check lists etc.)
- Participation in inventories
- Waste management
- Data management in accessible application
- Flexible management and redistribution of activities at the workplace
- Adherence to Standards and implementation of innovations
Education and qualifications:
- Completed secondary education
Experience required:
- 2 or more years of experience with Warehouse management
- Takes personal responsibility for satisfying the customers needs
- Ability to work effectively and under stress
Qualification requirements & certificates:
- Forklift licence advantage
- ADR IATA training advantage
- English advantage
Professional Skills and Knowledge:
- Work organization according to priorities
- Active problem solving and communication
- SAP user - advantage
