The Merchant Specialist is a part of the Merchant team and works in close cooperation with the Restaurants team members working in order to help our Restaurants partners with the onboarding process. The Merchant Associate is responsible for building and integrating best-in-class Restaurant venues (Menus) taking into account the user experience interface legal compliance our product abilities and partners assortment.

What youll be doing

Are you an experienced and strategic sales professional with a true service first mindset If this sounds like you then wed love to chat!

Day-to-day in this role youll:

• Creating venues on the Wolt platform.
• Ensuring the Restaurant partners venues on the platform are up to date.
• Supporting Restaurant partners with menu updates and any technical difficulties in that domain.
• Updating menus to match legal compliance and product abilities to create a seamless experience of using Wolts delivery platform.
• Creating and supporting API integrations between our platform & pos companies

• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English.
