Required Shift:

1st Shift: Monday- Friday 7am to 3:30pm (Flexible pending business needs)

Job Purpose:

The Cocoa Bean Inventory Specialist ensures accurate and efficient management of a companys cocoa bean inventory. They prevent stock shortages minimize waste and maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing cocoa beans to support a smooth supply chain.

What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3 years in a manufacturing environment

• 3 years of experience in a logistics procurement shipping and/or scheduling related role

• Previous experience working in SAP

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certifications

• Strong background in SAP functions

• Strong understanding of production processes and scheduling

What will be your Key Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules that optimize customer service while balancing labor and inventory costs.

• Maintain inventories within freshness guidelines to provide best possible customer service.

• Develop detailed understanding of the manufacturing constraints and capabilities of the value streams being planned.

• Proactively identify potential supply / demand issues and communicate these to appropriately depending on impact severity in a timely manner through the appropriate channels.

• Issue and communicate special instructions to and interface with Value Stream managers Production Leaders Productions Coordinators and team members regarding changes in production schedules and co-ordination of production

• Co-ordinate and communicate necessary production schedule changes between the value streams Roasting Silos and QF&S to assure most efficient scheduling of line trials downtime for repairs installations and changeovers.

• Drive process enhancements either through new systems additional functionality or procedure changes that will increase business effectiveness

• Any ad hoc requests
