We are currently looking for a Accounting Analyst ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing
- Handling vendor invoices or bills and records in the dedicated system
- Verifying invoices before issuing payment to their vendors
- Perform the invoicing process (bookkeeping and payments) accurately and in a timely manner
- Providing and control the invoice approval process
- Reviewing outstanding purchase orders for potential accruals
- Executing month-end close activities including AP accruals and journal entries
- Monitoring suppliers balances confirmations
- Supporting other team members during peak periods
Skills you should have
- Knowledge of accounting and tax principles
- Experience working in an accounting office would be a plus
- Masters or Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a similar field
- Fluency in Polish and advanced English (verbal and written)
- Practical excel skills
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with SQL language
- Ability to optimise and automate processes
