Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business objectives challenges and areas targeted for improvement. For all process improvement projects or programs: Develops improvement objectives project parameters and resource requirements. Conducts thorough business diagnostics to identify quantify and prioritize specific change targets. Analyzes workflow processes and identifies issues roadblocks or areas for effectiveness and efficiency improvement. Develops recommendations to streamline reduce associated cost enhance effectiveness improve workflows and improve the customer experience outcomes of targeted processes. Researches analyzes designs and implements system solutions and processes for designated projects and business operations. Systems solutions may be ERP-based bolt-on or legacy. Utilizes in-depth business knowledge expertise and a high degree of creativity and business acumen to resolve complex issues communicate clearly with stakeholders and produce tangible results.

Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Process. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
