The Role
We are seeking a Director Web & Content Strategy to lead the team responsible for defining and delivering the content and experience strategy for . This role will oversee a team of Web & Content Strategists and Specialists and will be accountable for ensuring a cohesive optimized and governed web experience that supports both growth and customer support objectives across the site.
Reporting to the VP Head of Web Strategy & Activation this leader will help define the strategic vision for manage the operating and engagement models for the team and collaborate across Brand & Marketing and business units to execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns. The Director will also lead SEO/AEO strategy and implementation oversee website governance and manage agency and vendor relationships for content creation.
This is a hybrid role based in Newark NJ with onsite work expected 3 days per week.
