Job Summary

Role: Training Lead & Content Developer S/4HANA
Work Locations: Hybrid 70% remote preferred offices Greensboro NC Charlotte NC or Atlanta GA
Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Summary
Designs and delivers end-user training to support adoption of S/4HANA across finance and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Build and execute role-based S/4HANA training strategy
Create training materials job aids and e-learning
Partner with SMEs to develop process-specific content
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
Track completion readiness and knowledge gaps
Support go-live and post-launch reinforcement

Qualifications

7 years in ERP or systems training
Delivered training for at least one S/4HANA implementation
Experience with adult learning and digital training tools
Understanding of finance and operational processes
