Job Summary
Homer Skelton CDJR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Coordinator to join our team in Millington this role you will be responsible for managing and responding to online sales inquiries coordinating with potential customers and supporting the sales team to drive vehicle sales through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to online sales inquiries and leads.
- Coordinate with sales staff to schedule appointments and follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance online presence and lead generation.
- Track and report key metrics related to internet sales performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for automotive sales.
- Previous experience in internet sales or automotive industry is preferred but not required.
