Key responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify their telecoms requirements and create business solutions
- Building and managing successful customer relationships
- Listening to customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions to make sales
- Negotiating prices costs delivery and specifications with customers and managers
- Achieving KPI and targets including volume and profit
- Cleansing data on the companys database
- Effectively managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for further business
