GSR Group proudly owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations providing outstanding food and exceptional service to our guests. We are expanding our support team to include a Live Chat Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether theyre asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using online live chat platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items order statuses and company employment opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every guest.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Maintain professionalism and composure while managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer service strategy.
- Stay informed about menu changes promotions and company policies to provide accurate information.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using chat platforms and familiar with customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in a chat support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food service or retail industries is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Hourly Salary: $18 - $30 based on experience.
