Position Summary:
The FWS Audiovisual & Live-Stream Technician will be responsible for administering and managing student activities audiovisual elements during in-person and live-streamed events including karaoke parties movie nights presentations and student club activities.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Set up and run audiovisual capabilities (mics/speakers/cameras/etc.) during student activities events
2. Monitor the stability and effectiveness of these audiovisual elements
3. Develop personal processes related to audiovisual setup and teardown for events
4. Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of AV systems
5. Engage and respond to live-stream viewers in the chat
Job Qualifications:
Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment
Capable of understanding and troubleshooting electronic systems
Interested in live events/streaming or open to being trained in these fields
Reliable punctual and organized
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Supervisor: Bodhi Boucherle
Bodhihas been the Student Activities Director since April 2025 and has been involved in hundreds of events. Hes passionate about creating comfort in high-pressure & visibility situations such as going to a party alone or running an event and enabling subtler feelings of belonging connectedness and joy to emerge.
