As our paralegal you will become an essential part of that mission-guiding clients drafting plans and ensuring they receive a smooth and supportive experience at every step.

As our team continues to grow this role offers the chance to work closely with both new and long-standing clients assist in designing personalized estate plans and collaborate with our retirement-planning partner firm to provide a truly holistic planning experience. What Youll Do:

Assist in drafting estate plans and asset protection strategies using our streamlined drafting system
Work directly with new clients to design personalized estate plans
Run signing meetings with clients
Help coordinate the occasional estate administration case for long-standing clients
Collaborate with our financial services partner to ensure proper funding and plan coordination
Support the Director of Operations with hiring training and delegating tasks
Handle practice-specific responsibilities including case design document preparation and assisting attorneys with day-to-day legal tasks
