Moveworks Conversational AI Engineer
Location: Bay Area CA (Onsite preferred) - Remote considered
Type: Contract

We are hiring a Moveworks Developer/Engineer for one of our premier consulting clients. This role focuses on building and optimizing AI-powered conversational agents that automate employee support across IT HR and business functions.

Responsibilities

Design develop and enhance AI-driven bots using the Moveworks platform
Configure intents entities and NLU models for high accuracy
Build conversational flows to automate IT/HR/Finance use cases
Integrate Moveworks with platforms like ServiceNow Workday SAP and Jira
Develop backend services using Python or
Monitor bot performance and implement continuous improvements
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on requirements
Troubleshoot bot logic integrations and platform issues

Qualifications

1 3 years of hands-on experience with Moveworks
Strong expertise in NLP/NLU configuration
Programming experience (Python/ REST API development & integration experience
Exposure to ServiceNow Workday Jira or SAP
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
