Job Summary

L2 Helpdesk

Minimum Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 and basic hardware (desktops laptops printers peripherals)

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
  • 2-3 years I think of experience in an IT support help desk or customer service role
  • Experience using ticketing systems and working in a call center environment

Certifications

  • CompTIA A or similar certification preferred
