Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and business growth within the HORECA and hospitality segment.
  • Identifying onboarding and managing hotel resorts and restaurant partners across Goa.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels resorts and restaurant groups.
  • Ensuring product placement visibility and repeat orders across partner accounts.
  • Executing brand and trade activation plans to drive usage and conversions.
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Gathering market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely reporting data tracking and account management discipline.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in HORECA or institutional sales.
  • Proven success in onboarding and managing hotel partners.
  • Strong industry network and local connects within the Goa hospitality ecosystem.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data management.
