Key Responsibilities
Produce long-form and short-form paid video ads including scriptwriting and creating post-edit briefs tailored for direct response.
Create high-value lead generation assets such as short videos e-books infographics and other content designed to attract and nurture leads.
Craft compelling content for landing pages email campaigns paid ads and social media optimized for education and conversion.
Customize marketing messages to resonate with the Malaysian market enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
Collaborate with the design team on visuals and video elements (no design creation required; design skills are a bonus).
Analyse campaign performance manage budgets and conduct A/B testing to maximise ROI and improve funnel performance.
Stay updated with trends in direct response marketing content strategy and performance marketing.
Requirements
Min 3-4 years experience in content marketing performance marketing or direct response advertising.
Strong scriptwriting and persuasive copywriting skills.
Solid understanding of paid ads lead magnets customer funnels and conversion-based content.
Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into content improvements.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve for basic video understanding.
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skills are a bonus (not mandatory).
Strong grasp of digital marketing audience behaviours and messaging strategies.
Highly organised detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
