- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the Associate Manager delivery role to join Computacenters dynamic and rapidly expanding Digital Infrastructure group. Successful applicants will be joining a truly global organisation delivering services into over 70 countries worldwide with major offices across Europe the Americas Africa and Asia; a recognised leader of the IT services business with a unique vendor-independent infrastructure-focused perspective on the market.

- This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What Youll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate Manager delivery to lead our Infrastructure Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading the data center services. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic & vibrant team driving innovation automation & blended with analytics revolving around initiatives engaging with customers and fostering innovative ideas to enhance our infrastructure services.
What Youll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years in IT infrastructure management and proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team.
- Manage Customer Expectations: This role involves assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure that great customer service is provided at all times. You are required to evaluate a customers experience against a set of customer satisfaction goals and criteria. Conduct research when the scores fall below the threshold.
- Problem Solving: Resolve high-impact client issues or new situations by analyzing root cause identifying key steps to form a plan pulling resources and acquiring support from different departments and functions executing and making necessary changes and communicating effectively.
- Managing Projects: Stay well informed of corporate goals and strategies; identify and lead the department division or company-level projects. Lead assigned cross-function or company-wide activities and projects.
- Employee Engagement and Budget: Manages staffing level and targeted activities to accommodate a healthy balance of employee engagement client satisfaction and business development needs. Manages priorities and budgets to meet company department and team goals.
**Good to have **
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. AWS Azure VMware or other cloud/storage platforms) are a plus.
