Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for researching and implementing strategies to attract sellers and promote our brand including raising public recognition and gaining positive publicity..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth boost customer engagement and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage and optimize all e-commerce marketing channels including the website social media platforms email campaigns and paid advertising.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior identify industry trends and review competitor activities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both customers and sellers to the platform.
  • Promote the brand through digital marketing initiatives influencer collaborations public outreach and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals align with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics including traffic conversions ROI engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Research and execute strategies to attract onboard and retain sellers supporting marketplace expansion.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce and marketing trends tools and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines as well as legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate new campaign ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Insights etc.) is an added advantage.

Excellent command of English and Hindi. Strong research strategic thinking and communication skills. Ability to analyze data track KPIs and generate performance reports. Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and marketing automation tools. Experience with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
