Job Summary

Creations Infra India Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities with a strong focus on recording and managing company expenses. The ideal candidate should be accurate organized and experienced in maintaining financial records for construction or interior-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily expenses petty cash and vouchers accurately.
Track project-wise and department-wise expenses.
Verify bills invoices and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing monthly expense reports and MIS statements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for bill submissions and clarifications.
Support accounts payable activities and follow up on payments.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Assist senior accounts staff in audits and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of expense recording and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally (ERP) and MS Excel.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in construction interior or infrastructure companies is an advantage.
Familiarity with GST entries and basic statutory compliance is preferred.
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
