Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals and this role you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to assess needs safeguard vulnerable people and promote wellbeing and independence.

Requirements
Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent)
At least 1 years experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities or vulnerable adults
Strong teamwork communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HIQA regulations and person-centred planning
Full clean drivers licence (vehicle provided for resident transport)
Flexibility for evenings nights weekends and 24-hour shifts
Desirable:
Training in Studio 3 or Positive Behaviour Support
Experience in residential community or not-for-profit settings
Familiarity with the New Directions model of care

Required Skills:
Support adults with intellectual disabilities in daily living Promote independence dignity and inclusion in the community Develop and deliver person-centred care and support plans Assist with personal care household tasks and social activities Administer medication and maintain accurate records Work closely with a multidisciplinary team Ensure all care meets HIQA and safeguarding standards
