About the role:
This exciting role will see you work within the Get Active New England Falls Prevention Service where you will provide clients with short term support to reduce their falls risk and promote a healthy aging lifestyle. You will conduct home based assessments and intervention for clients aged over 65 (or aged 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients) through the My Aged Care system.
You will work two days per week with the flexibility to choose which days. The location for this role is negotiable across the New England region.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and organised with high level time management and communication skills. You should be a team player with a passion for falls prevention and working with the elderly.
