About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead a customer project focused on improving Sales Reporting performance and conducting deep technical analysis. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the initiative diagnose complex issues work with legacy systems and guide technical decisions throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ML and data analysis efforts for the project.
Investigate and resolve Sales Reporting performance issues caused by expanded data volume.
Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify system bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
Work with legacy system components built on G1 Java and Oracle (schema last designed in 2006).
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to implement improvements and modernize components as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Machine Learning data analysis and system performance optimization.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and work independently.
Familiarity with Java-based systems and Oracle databases preferred.
Ability to navigate and analyze legacy architectures.
Excellent analytical debugging and communication skills.
