About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineering Manager to lead a team of frontend and backend engineers in building scalable high-performance applications. You will be responsible for technical leadership people management and delivering high-quality software products end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead mentor and grow a team of full-stack engineers through coaching 1:1s feedback and career development.
Foster a culture of collaboration ownership and continuous improvement.
Drive effective sprint planning task estimation prioritization and resourcing.
Technical Ownership
Oversee the architecture design and development of full-stack features and systems.
Guide engineering teams in selecting appropriate technologies and best practices.
Review code ensure coding standards and maintain high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate closely with product managers designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Execution & Delivery
Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases and enhancements.
Implement processes to improve code quality CI/CD pipelines testing and deployment workflows.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.
Strategic Contribution
Participate in product roadmap discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and product performance.
Drive innovation and ensure the system remains scalable and maintainable.
Required Qualifications
610 years of software development experience with at least 24 years in an engineering leadership or management role.
Strong experience with full-stack technologies such as:
Frontend: React TypeScript JavaScript
Backend: Java
Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL) NoSQL (MongoDB DynamoDB)
Experience designing scalable architectures (microservices REST GraphQL cloud-native systems).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity and deliver high-quality products.
