We are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join the management team at Clemenger Field Marketing representing a leading key client partner - P&G.
The Field Sales Manager will lead full-time Sales Executives casual Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandising Assistants and be responsible for driving sales relationships and high KPI achievement for our P&G Program.
About the role
As the Field Sales Manager your role is pivotal in driving and ensuring first class execution of client plans by your Sales team. Therefore your role will largely focus on achieving sales results and coaching & training. We are ideally looking for a hands on collaborative Leader that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas.
The role is split 60/40 between time in Field and Office therefore access to a car and a current drivers licence is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales and execution plans with team to drive sales growth for Procter & Gamble.
- Proactively seek and deliver opportunities to introduce innovation that drive sales and improved execution in field.
- Provide concise weekly & monthly field activity communication reporting including but not limited to state compliance reports channel reports competitor reports.
- Lead a team of Sales Executives to be sales and relationship focused through the use of effective communication and motivational strategies.
- Ongoing assessment of team capability and drive improved performance from all team members.
- Build presentations and present to key client contacts.
- Manage territory sizes to maximise coverage and ensure Journey Plans adhere to operational efficiencies within the set budget.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Previous experience in a people/team management role in either Retail or Field Marketing.
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
- Ability to analyse sales reports and build team action plans to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
- Full time (M-F) availability.
- Current drivers license and own car.
