As a Recruiter at Stow Group you will play a key role in growing our U.S. operations by identifying and attracting top talent across manufacturing engineering and support functions. Youll partner with HR and plant leadership to deliver an efficient high-touch hiring experience that reflects our fast-paced global culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across hourly technical and salaried positions.
Partner with plant managers and department heads to define job requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job boards referrals social media and community partnerships.
Screen interview and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage offer processes- prepare offer letters confirm acceptances and initiate onboarding.
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire candidate pipeline).
Support employer branding and recruitment events (career fairs open houses plant tours).
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal HR processes.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in recruiting (manufacturing or industrial preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple requisitions.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
A proactive solutions-driven mindset aligned with Stows values of teamwork safety and innovation
