- Lead the day-to-day execution of commercial engagements in TIS UK Healthcare and MedTech
- Manage client relationships build trust at senior levels and lead client presentations
- Manage guide coach and develop project teams
- Work with teams on due diligence and value creation topics in the Healthcare and MedTech sector
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and reports
- Contribute to thought leadership across Healthcare and MedTech
- Support practice growth recruitment and knowledge development

- A structured analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident working directly with senior clients and leading high-performing teams
- Highly collaborative proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to shape and grow a leading TIS Healthcare and MedTech practice leveraging your industry expertise
Required qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet:
Experience: 45 years of UK experience at a leading management consulting firm with a demonstrable track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors
Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with data analysis and market modelling
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior executives and leading client presentations
Client orientation: Strong client-service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Leadership: Proven ability to manage motivate and lead teams
Medical doctor training or strong academic background in life sciences preferred
