About the Role
Leading independent girls school Camberwell Girls Grammar presents an opportunity for a Director of School Operations to join our team on a full-time basis in 2026. Reporting to the Deputy Principal you will be responsible for working closely with staff to drive and improve the operational capacity of the whole School and support the effective day-to-day running of the Secondary School.
The Director of School Operations is a 3-year tenured position which is attached to an ongoing teaching position with an approximate 0.5FTE teaching load.

As an experienced leader you possess a deep understanding and appreciation of both the academic and operational aspects of a School. Your friendly and professional demeanour is complemented by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to foster productive relationships. Your deep understanding of systems and processes enables you to identify opportunities implement solutions and contribute meaningfully to the Schools strategic and operational goals.
