What youll be doing
- Act as the go-to expert for project-related features policies compliance and best practices
- Monitor customer touch-points (voice chat email) to ensure accuracy tone consistency process adherence and regulatory compliance
- Identify workflow gaps and collaborate with operations QA training and product teams to enhance support processes and raise the customer experience
- Handle advanced or escalated cases requiring deep product knowledge or special handling
- Partner with product managers compliance and IT teams to relay customer insights drive fixes and improve offerings
- Provide targeted coaching side-by-side support and mentoring to agents and new hires
- Assist team managers in overseeing daily support queues and ensuring smooth operations
What were looking for

Fluent German (C1-C2) and strong English (B2-C1)

Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support role
- Strong customer-service mindset: empathy calm under pressure excellent follow-up and listening skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Ability to multitask make quick decisions shift priorities and remain organised in a dynamic environment

Detail-oriented loyal disciplined and process-driven

Willingness to work shifts and public holidays as required

EU citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
