German Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist
Location: Burgas Bulgaria

Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist to join an international sales team based in Burgas Bulgaria. In this role you will handle inbound customer inquiries provide product information and actively contribute to sales performance in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers

Provide clear and accurate information about products and services

Identify customer needs and actively promote suitable solutions

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

Document customer interactions and sales activities in internal systems

Collaborate closely with team members to reach shared goals
Requirements

Fluent German (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Burgas Bulgaria

EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
