What youll be doing
- Receive inbound calls from German-speaking customers related to accounts billing services upgrades and general enquiries
- Resolve customer concerns with care efficiency and a sales-oriented mindset
- After resolving service enquiries identify and close up-sell or cross-sell opportunities for additional products or services
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM follow scripts and meet quality standards
- Work shifts (including weekends) and contribute to a high-energy team environment
- Meet individual performance targets for both customer satisfaction and sales metrics
What were looking for

Fluent German (C1) spoken and written
- Strong communication skills confident over the phone and with digital tools

Customer service or sales experience is an advantage

Comfortable working to targets upselling and managing multiple enquiries

Flexible resilient professional and motivated to deliver results

EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit is required
