What youll be doing
- Answer inbound calls from German-speaking customers regarding billing accounts packages upgrades and general service enquiries

Resolve each customers request with care professionalism and accuracy
- After resolving their issue identify opportunities to recommend additional services or suitable upgrades

Maintain clear and accurate CRM records and follow structured processes
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Work towards individual and team targets in a customer-focused sales environment
What were looking for

Fluent German (C1) spoken and written
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Strong communication skills resilience and a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask stay calm under pressure and follow established procedures

Willingness to relocate to Plovdiv or already based in the area

EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit is required
