French-Speaking B2B Sales Representative

What youll be doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking business clients: respond to enquiries understand their needs present offers and build relationships
  • Conduct proactive outreach (phone email digital channels) to generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Present solutions clearly negotiate terms handle objections and close deals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records update opportunity status forecast sales and report on progress
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with product marketing and customer-success teams to deliver maximum value
  • Provide feedback from clients and market trends to help shape product and service improvements

What were looking for

  • Fluent French (C1) and strong English (B2)

  • Experience in B2B sales business development or account management (1-3 years preferred)
  • Excellent communicator with persuasive skills and a genuine commercial mindset
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools structured sales processes and target-driven metrics
  • Self-motivated resilient proactive and able to thrive under pressure

  • Team player who can also work independently

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit is required
