- Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking business clients: respond to enquiries understand their needs present offers and build relationships
- Conduct proactive outreach (phone email digital channels) to generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Present solutions clearly negotiate terms handle objections and close deals in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records update opportunity status forecast sales and report on progress
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with product marketing and customer-success teams to deliver maximum value
- Provide feedback from clients and market trends to help shape product and service improvements
What were looking for

Fluent French (C1) and strong English (B2)
- Experience in B2B sales business development or account management (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communicator with persuasive skills and a genuine commercial mindset
- Comfortable working with CRM tools structured sales processes and target-driven metrics

Self-motivated resilient proactive and able to thrive under pressure

Team player who can also work independently

EU citizenship or valid work permit is required
