Job Description

• Manage all stages of personal injury litigation including Labor Law slip-and-fall and motor vehicle accident cases.
• Conduct trials take cases to verdict and handle courtroom appearances across multiple counties.
• Assess case merit liability and value and determine coverage and medical needs.
• Draft pleadings motions and all related legal documents.
• Represent clients in depositions mediations arbitrations motion hearings and trial proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements at various litigation phases.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal analyses.
• Manage multiple deadlines court appearances and case-related administrative requirements.

Qualifications

• At least five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong proven trial experience with the ability to take cases to verdict.
• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Excellent writing negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
