About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing this role you will work on sophisticated secured financing transactions with a primary focus on acquisition financings and refinancings. You will represent private equity sponsors private companies and other borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border matters.

The role offers direct client interaction significant deal responsibility and the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior attorneys who are invested in your professional development. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to deepen technical expertise while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• A high-performing attorney with 3 to 5 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm
• Experienced in representing private equity sponsors private companies and other borrowers in secured transactions particularly acquisition financings and refinancings
• A collaborative team player with strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Motivated to grow professionally and actively contribute to practice and firm-wide initiatives
• A member of the State Bar of California
