Job Summary

Organization: Sulaiman AlRajhi University - SRU

Reports to: Human Capital Director

Job Purpose

Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and administrative positions ensuring alignment with university policies workforce plans and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment cycle: requisition sourcing screening interviewing and offers.
  • Coordinate with Deans and Departments Heads to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals academic networks and professional platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and organize technical/panel interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment data and documentation on HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and accreditation requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support on-boarding handover and ensure positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in HR Business or related field.
  • 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in universities).
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and academic hiring practices.
  • Strong interviewing communication and sourcing skills.
