Job Summary

Our client a globaltier law firm is looking for an experienced and detailoriented Billing Specialist to join their busy team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the worlds most respected firms where youll play a key role in the firms financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices working closely with lawyers to ensure billing accuracy managing client billing guidelines handling time entry adjustments tracking unbilled time and disbursements resolving billing queries and ensuring timely followup on outstanding accounts.

To succeed in this role you must have billing experience in a professional or legal setting be fluent in both Arabic and English and have strong organisational communication and problemsolving skills.
