Reports to: Human Capital Director
Job Purpose
Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and administrative positions ensuring alignment with university policies workforce plans and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment cycle: requisition sourcing screening interviewing and offers.
- Coordinate with Deans and Departments Heads to define job requirements and staffing needs.
- Source candidates through job portals academic networks and professional platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and organize technical/panel interviews.
- Maintain recruitment data and documentation on HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support on-boarding handover and ensure positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR Business or related field.
- 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in universities).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and academic hiring practices.
- Strong interviewing communication and sourcing skills.
