Job Summary

Job Title:-Senior Data & Analytics Engineer

Experience: 5-8 years

Type: Full-time

About the Role

We need a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to build real-time behavioral data pipelines dashboards and observability systems that measure the impact of AI search.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Design scalable ClickHouse schemas for search clickstream and conversion data.

Build ETL/ELT pipelines (Kafka ClickHouse/Postgres) using Python/dbt/Spark.

Develop Grafana dashboards for search funnel latency and error monitoring.

Implement OpenTelemetry across services; define Prometheus alerts.

Ensure data quality governance and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).

Mentor two junior data engineers.

Must-Have Skills

4-7 years data engineering experience ideally with ClickHouse.

Kafka pipelines (Python or Kafka Connect).

Strong SQL (Postgres/MSSQL).

Grafana Prometheus and observability experience.

Nice-to-Have

Airflow/Dagster dbt.

Feature store exposure.

Terraform basics.
