Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design develop and maintain automated test suites for our fintech products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in test automation a strong understanding of QA methodologies and a high sense of security awareness to ensure our financial systems are robust reliable and compliant. You will work closely with developers product managers and the QA team to deliver secure high-quality software that our customers can trust.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and execute automated test scripts for web API and backend systems.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure testability of requirements and high coverage across features.
Participate in defining and improving QA processes and automation frameworks.
Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to ensure stability and scalability.
Perform manual testing when required particularly for exploratory or edge cases.
Identify document and track defects ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Contribute to maintaining secure testing practices especially in handling sensitive financial data.
Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in QA automation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of experience as a QA engineer including hands-on automation experience.
Strong experience with test automation tools such as Postman Playwright Selenium or equivalent.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies API testing and CI/CD processes.
Proven track record in automating testing for production-grade systems.
High sense of security awareness and understanding of secure testing principles.
Business-level English communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Familiarity with cloud environments and microservices architectures.

Good to have

Experience testing fintech or financial systems with attention to compliance and data protection.
Japanese communication skills (business or conversational level).
