Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisitions and identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities across cloud solutions (Modern Workplace Data & BI Apps & Infra Business Applications)
- Present cloud value propositions that align with customer business goals and IT strategies
- Conduct technical overviews usage-scenario explanations feasibility assessments and support pricing/calculations
- Act as a technical lead for the telesales team by delivering group and one-on-one trainings
- Collaborate closely with partner managers sales and technical teams to accelerate customer success
- Stay up to date with cloud innovation competitive offerings and industry developments
- Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets
