At Rocket Digital we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the Data Activation Team.
We are looking for an experienced professional to help us work with existing and new customers on implementation integration and migration projects. You will be responsible for discussing HubSpot platform capabilities along with integration and implementation needs prior to the sale the sale itself as well as strategizing solution design and documentation after the sale.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of HubSpot technical experience in the implementation of CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms as well as consulting experience. Knowledge of other platforms like Klaviyo will be considered a plus.
The role
- To develop a deep understanding of the client by working with them in the day-to-day activity and to be a trusted advisor.
- To be a Marketing Automation specialist taking responsibility for guiding customers through the software setup and onboarding tool training and configuration.
- Develop execute and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns including onboarding retention win-back transactional and promotional automations.
- Manage CRM workflows automations and data flows between the e-commerce platform (Shopify/WooCommerce) and the CRM system (Klaviyo/HubSpot).
- To be a HubSpot technical specialist taking responsibility for guiding customers through setup and tool training.
- To deliver consulting services to clients to identify issues goals and objectives and support the team lead in creating the solutions and strategies according to their project.
- Training customers on how to effectively utilize CRM tools.
- To work closely with other departments and with customers to develop new tools processes and frameworks helping to drive product adoption.
- To work alongside the CRM Team Lead and Consultants to actively manage current customers and seek out new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of HubSpot experience
- Experience in digital projects especially from an agency perspective or within an e-commerce or B2C environment
- Strong interpersonal & soft skills
- Languages: fluently spoken and written Spanish & English
- Curious team player proactive a desire to learn improve and grow daily
Plus
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools as Klaviyo
- Experience in inbound marketing
- Integration experience between CRM platforms and other tools
